Introducing the world’s healthiest alternative to French fries (Gluten-Free, Vegan, Keto)

You’ll be in shock by the taste of our refreshingly raw jicama fries! A few minutes are all it takes to prepare these delicious fries, which are served uncooked and in their purest form. Jicama is a fibrous root vegetable, known to be packed with immune-boosting antioxidants, rich in vitamin C, supports healthy weight loss, regulates blood sugar, and is known to help expedite digestion.

Ingredients:

1 ripe jicama (peeled and sliced)
1 lemon (juices)
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp raw ginger root (minced)
1 teaspoon onion flakes
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 fresh scallion (finely chopped as a garnish)
A pinch of Himalayan salt and cracked pepper for taste!
 

Instructions:

  1. First, wash, pat dry, peel, and slice jicama.
  2. Place the slices into a medium-sized bowl. Pour extra virgin olive oil over the top.
  3. Next, squeeze lemon juice over the jicama or use Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar as a replacement for lemon juice.
  4. Using your hands, lather each slice making sure the mixture is distributed evenly.
  5. Measure dried spices/seasoning add to mixture, and blend well.
  6. Add a pinch of Himalayan salt and cracked pepper for taste!
  7. Add fresh scallions to the top!
  8. Serve with your favorite dressing. Bon’ A Petite!
