Mind & Body Interventions To Treat Sleep Disorders

Insomnia is related to issues with falling asleep and staying asleep. Sleep patterns can be interrupted by not having a regular sleep and wake routine. Other reasons for sleep issues could stem from stress, anxiety, depression, illness etc. Listed below are several treatments that help reduce sleep disruption.

Self Care

Improve sleep habits by setting a regular time that you wake each day and setting a regular time you will go to bed. Do not consume caffeinated beverages at least eight hours before bed. Drink water throughout the day and keep hydrated.
